Towards the end of 2011 Channel 4 sent a camera man into my Zumba Class to film one of my lovely ladies shaking her thing. This was all for a documentary called the food hospital.

I am a trained dancer and have a real passion for dance and performing. I have studied many styles of dance since the age of 4 starting with Ballet and progressing to styles such as Hip Hop and Salsa. I felt a natural progression was to teach others and what better way than incorporating my dance technique into Group Exercise classes.
