Tuesday 6th January – Tuesday 10th February 2026 (Week 4 – 9)

Cost: £81 (9 Week Block)

No Classes 16th, 23rd or 30th December

Venue: Studio 2, The Space Hub, Crockhamwell Road, Woodley

Please note:  please always make the instructor aware before the start of the session if you have any new medical conditions, injuries or have recently found out you are pregnant.

IMPORTANT:

If you are unable to attend one of the sessions in your block, you may make this up on any Monday class (just email to confirm so that the instructor can expect you)
