I am level 3 qualified & have been teaching Pilates for over 7 years now, I also hold a certificate in teaching pre & post natal exercise.
Pilates is great addition to any fitness programme…you only have to read the news or watch TV and see 80 year old Vidal Sasson putting his youthfulness & flexibility down to years of Pilates or that the AC Milan, the Chelsea team & the All Blacks take regular Pilates classes!!!
You will also find most Physio Therapist, Oesteopaths & Chiropractors will also recommend Pilates as a great tool with rehabiliting post injury.
