Mixed Ability Pilates
Tuesdays 6.45pm (6.50pm start) – 7.40pm with Dawn

Dates: Tuesday 2nd September – Tuesday 7th October 2025 (5 weeks)

NOTE: NO class on 30th September due to instructor availability 

Cost: £45 (5 week block)

Please note:  please always make the instructor aware before the start of the session if you have any new medical conditions, injuries or have recently found out you are pregnant.

IMPORTANT:

If you are unable to attend one of the sessions in your block, you may make this up on any Monday class (just email to confirm so that the instructor can expect you)
