Mondays 7.45pm – 8.40pm with Libby

Monday 24th November 2025 – Monday 9th December (Week 1 – 3 completed

Monday 5th January 2026 – Monday 9th February 2026 (Week 4 – 9)

No Classes 15th, 22nd or 29th December

Cost: £60 (6-week block from 5th January)

Venue: Studio 2, The Space Hub, Crockhamwell Road, Woodley

Please note:  please always make the instructor aware before the start of the session if you have any new medical conditions, injuries or have recently found out you are pregnant.

IMPORTANT:

If you are unable to attend one of the sessions in your block, you may make this up on any Tuesday class (just email to confirm so that the instructor can expect you)
