Please note:  please always make the instructor aware before the start of the session if you have any new medical conditions, injuries or have recently found out you are pregnant.

NOTE: In light of Covid 19 please do not attend the studio if you have a fever, cold/flu like symptoms or have visited a country Currently on the governments 14 day quarantine list.

IMPORTANT:

If you are unable to attend one of the sessions in your block, you may make this up on any Tuesday class (just email to confirm so that the instructor can expect you)
