Importance of Weight Training for Fat Burn!

People say ‘weight training doesn’t burn fat’


Whilst you may not lose weight through weight training, as muscle DOES weigh more than fat, you can be sure that it will still be burning fat.


Working out with reistance such as weights or bands builds lean muscle tissue and, the more lean muscle you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you burn throughout the day.
