I have this weekend on my Les Mills Body Balance course.

It was pretty hardcore and I am in all amounts of pain today…No pain, no gain and all that 😉

I have my final day next Saturday, at which point I hope to be cleared to teach.

Quite of few people have been asking me ‘What exactly is BodyBalance?’ . . . so rather than repeat myself thought I would add the official description on here.
